When you visit Walt Disney World or Disneyland, you can reserve your vacation package with just a $200.00 deposit, which is charged immediately. This locks in your rate, and you have until 30 days before your travel to pay off the balance. 

One of our favorite Disney Vacation budgeting tips is to purchase DIsney Gift Cards. You can shop around at local grocery stores, Target or Big Box chains like Costco or Sams Club to find great deals on these gift cards. Disney Gift cards can be used to pay off your balance and you can bring them along on your vacation to pay for all of your food and souvenirs.

Nothing! We charge our clients absolutely NOTHING. We are paid a commission by our vendors (suppliers) for assisting you with your travel planning. There is no charge to you at any time during your booking. Our services are offered as Complimentary and it is paired with our Signature Level Planning. Our goal is to always get you the best pricing possible and deliver a truly Reimagined Travel Planning Experience for all of our clients who book with us.  The cost of utilzing a Travel Planner is already included in the overall cost of your vacation package, so why not utilize our services! 

This is a great question! We are trained experts who are here to help deliver upon the most magical vacations we can provide with our Signature Level Planning. Our Agency provides our Magical Navigators with a 5-week training program to ensure that every detail of Disney Vacation Planning is covered so we can provide a Stress-Free, Streamlined and Simple planning experience for ALL of our clients. Please know that we're as involved in your travel planning as you'd like. If you want to handle your Dining Reservations, Transportation Services To/From the airport, that's perfectly fine. It's your vacation and the way you want to experience it. Planning with us gives you that reassurance that if anything should happen, we're there for you. We're the point of contact throughout your travel planning who will help search for those special offers that recently were released. We'll call in requests about your reservation and help you secure those hard to get dining reservations! Planning with us is fun, amazing and our clients are loving it! There are so many benefits of utilizing a Travel Agency and travel planners who specialize in Disney Destinations. 

If you're traveling to Walt Disney World and it's your first time visiting, we would recommend seven to eight days for the entire length of stay. This would give you rest days in between your park days to enjoy your resort hotel, Disney Springs, Disney's Waterparks or even enjoy resort hopping. If you're traveling in 2025, Walt Disney World guests get a free water park visit on their day of check-in.

If you're traveling to Disneyland, this is a multi-day destination. We would recommend four to five days for the entire lenght of stay. With the close proximity of the Disneyland Resorts and the Good Neighbor Resorts, this is a definitely more than just a few days visit! 

If you're experiencing a Disney Cruise for the very first time, we would suggest a three day itinerary for your very first visit. One of the amazing features is you could enjoy a Land/Sea Package, where you go to Walt Disney World first and then end your trip on a Disney Cruise. Our favorite cruise itineraries are either five or seven night cruises.

We generally recommend to our clients as soon as you start thinking about planning a trip, please reach out. Our advise is if you can twelve months out is a good place to start planning especially for a first time vistior. Not only does this give you more time to pay down your balance for your trip, it gives you greater options on resort hotel accommodations and creates less stress for your family. If you're a seasoned Disney pro like us, we recommend six to eight months to give you adequete time to plan all of those important details. 

When staying "On Property" this means staying at a Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort rather than a hotel or resort not owned by Disney. While there are some amazing off property (Good Neighbor Resorts), staying on property will give you more of that "all-inclusive" type of a vacation. With included transportation to the parks, Disney Springs and awesome resort amenities, staying "On Property" will give you the most Magical Vacation you could dream of.
